one of my passions is Japan .... I am very curious about their cuisine and their customs ......... so every now seeks to inform and get news.

And here "The Japanese soup my way."
If you can also find black algae typical of Japanese cuisine wash ... coarsely chop and cook with the water that boils and other vegetables that taste .. feel.

1 / 2 leek 3 carrots

3 zucchini 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
a sprinkling of nutmeg 1
cardamom pods 1 vanilla

coriander 1 clove (optional) 2 tablespoons
of already boiled bean sprouts (or corn) 1 celery

the 1 1 / 2 of
boiling water 1 scoop of nut powder to taste classic. 2 hard boiled eggs

Procedure:
Boil all the water. When
has boiled put the scoop of nut, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, coriander and sesame seeds.
Add the leek into large pieces (after the end of cooking remove it), chopped celery and the carrots and zucchini.

Tips: If you find black algae can add to the cooking ...
instead of the egg or hard you can break a raw egg in each dish reviews ... you'll see that coming into contact with the heat of the broth will cook immediately like eye bue.Potete add the broth in the cooking of veal type stew or chicken breasts into small pieces.
version with meat:

Use your imagination.
