Kate Nash Foundations Piano Sheet Blog

Here is a recipe for excellence in the winter ... with winter fruits such as oranges and mandarins ..... is good and tasty. This recipe
I got it from my favorite magazine sweet ... . "Gentle guide" ... I must say that the doses are perfect .... I just made some changes to suit the ingredients I have in my pantry and tastes of my family who prefer butter to olive oil. However, the recipe you insert
original file with my changes.

Ingredients:
oo
420 grams of flour 200 grams powdered sugar
200 ml olive oil (250 g of butter)

3 eggs 1 tablespoon bicarbonate (1 packet of yeast)
the juice and grated rind of orange juice
and lemon rind

for the orange syrup: 200 gr

icing sugar 200 ml orange juice 200 ml
tangerine juice

Method: Beat
oil (or melted butter and cooled down) with sugar.
work well until all is dissolved.
In another container, whisk the eggs well with the rind and juice of lemon and orange.
must leave a creamy and well blended.
Pour the eggs in the oil-sugar mixture and mix well, stirring constantly for a few minutes. Add
then the baking soda (or baking powder) and the sifted flour and continue mixing.
The important thing in this preparation is always mix all ingredients and mix well until it reaches a creamy consistency, smooth. I recommend you first use the electric mixer and less fatigue.
Flour a baking sheet and place the mixture.
Bake at 160 ° C for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the orange syrup.
Squeeze 200 ml of orange juice and 200 ml of tangerine juice.
Meanwhile melt (not on fire, but with a whip) icing sugar in the juice of citrus fruits.
When the cake is ready, allow to cool in the pan. However
cut Sliced still leaving in the pan.
Turn the orange syrup over the cake sliced and warm.
The juice should be well absorbed and distributed throughout the dough of the cake.

How good!! Especially for those who like the orange. A big kiss
